WISON DONATES $10K TO HURRICANE HARVEY RELIEF FUND

Oct 13,2017

Houston, Texas USA )-Wison Offshore & Marine (USA), a subsidiary of Wison Group in Shanghai, donated $10,000 to the United Way of Greater Houston Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund.

On 27 August, Hurricane Harvey devastated Houston and the surrounding areas. The duration of the rain, wind and tornados produced by the storm lasted five days and produced life-threatening flooding for both coastal and inland cities in Texas. Many Houston communities were hard hit.  It will be quite some time before Houston recovers.

Our community, our first responders, our neighbors and many people from afar all came together to help those most in need.  Many were saved from flooded streets and houses by boats, buses and large trucks. Organizing and providing shelter for those displaced took priority. In addition, our Wison employees volunteered at shelters, provided supplies to shelters, and they housed displaced friends and family.

As a caring partner, Wison Offshore & Marine is dedicated to providing support to the communities where it operates or its projects are located.
