Wison Engineering Ltd. won “Happy Productivity” Corporate Social Responsibility Award

On December 27, the "Happy Productivity" Humanistic Care Excellent Enterprise Appraisal Award Ceremony co-organized by Shanghai Pudong Association for Science & Technology, Shanghai Pudong Association for Human Resources, and Shanghai Pudong Association for Corporate Culture Research, etc. was held in Pudong District of Shanghai. The Appraisal lasted for more than half a year and saw several intense competitions including materials appraisal, on-site speech, and questionnaire survey, etc. Finally, Wison Engineering Ltd. stood out from more than 150 candidate enterprises and won the "Happy Productivity" Corporate Social Responsibility Award.
 

"'Happy Productivity' is an international concept, which takes people's happiness as an indicator to focus on sustainable development and growth of employees; such index has become a new economic indicator in some countries, and it is virtually another revival of 'human-oriented' concept," noted Professor Gu Xiaoming of Fudan University. The act of enterprises caring for employees is not only because employees can create values for enterprises, but rather the representation of enterprises in tapping into internal potential and having the courage to assume social responsibility.
 

It is Wison deeming employees as primary capitals that bring in this award. Wison not only provides employees with comfortable working environment and favorable social benefits, but pays more attentions to long-term development of employees. While offering various kinds of training programs and helping employees purposely improve their ability, Wison also provides employees with dual channels for career development, namely professional technology and comprehensive management, which enable employees to select befitting career development direction after comprehensively weighing their abilities and hobbies; moreover, employees can realize alternative development through the dual channels, and therefore possess broader career development space and more opportunities. Wison has also specially set up Wison Arts Center, a commonweal arts organization which holds arts exhibitions of different forms every year, including photography, painting, and ceramics, etc. In practice, Wison has provided a new approach to explore organic combination of sci-tech and arts, and created a humanistic space for employees to relax and cultivate themselves, encouraging employees to strike a perfect balance between work and life.

Not only has Wison shared with employees the results of enterprise development, but also Wison has been active in participating in public welfare undertaking and paid attentions to the development of education. Presently, Wison has built three Hope Primary Schools in Feixian County of Shandong Province, Tongwei County of Gansu Province, and Yuxian County of Xinjiang Autonomous Region, and has launched the construction of the 4th Wison Hope Primary School in Liaoning Province.

At the award ceremony, four Wison employees performed the African Djembe Dance for guests, demonstrating their abundant and diversified amateur cultural life while expressing the optimistic and active life attitude of Wison employees. This event saw Wison winning the social responsibility award again after being granted the "utstanding Social Contribution Award"of Focus on Zhangjiang 10th Anniversary in August 2009, which is also the acknowledgement and spur-on of Wison' unremitting efforts in past years.
