Wison Engineering Ltd. Honored with “Demonstration Base for Corporate Culture Construction” Award

Recently, Wison Engineering Ltd. (Wison) was honored with the ''Demonstration Base for Corporate Culture Construction'' award by the Shanghai Corporate Culture Improvement Association.  Among the first group of 46 enterprises who received this recognition, Wison is the only engineering service company.
 

Since its inception, Wison has committed to creating and developing a strong and unique corporate culture. The Wison Arts Center was established in 2005 and has held 42 exhibitions for a variety of employee artwork.Wison advocates for the integration of technology and art, and encourages its employees to explore their creative talents and concepts. Wison supports their employees to pursue creative perfection in each project and product. The exhibitions cultivate the artistic talents of employees at work and enrich their personal lives.
 

In addition to the Art Centre, Wison invests in many employee engagement programs.
Wison also encourages employees to participate in the construction of not-for-profit projects. In accordance with the ''One Project, One 'Hope' Primary School' principle, Wison has supported the construction of three ''Hope' primary schools in Xinjiang, Shandong and Gansu. The company has also developed the ''Star of Hope 1+1'' donation program, Hope Summer Camp, Wison Scholarship and other projects for 6 consecutive years. Wison also provides complimentary laundry, library, athletic and relevant services to encourage health and well-being for its employees.
